Madagascan bourbon (shown in the photo but much more expensive) and just vanilla bean paste which I’ve found at the price you’ve listed above both from the same company… so am confused which one I should get ?

However I ve tried to upsize it to a 9” and it was mt right at all. Quantities were 330 gr sr flour, castor sugar, stork, 82g plain four, 6 eggs. I cooked it for 1 3/4 hours at 140 in a fan oven and tge result . It only rose 2′ with a flat top. Any advice please?
