Reading this has been a real help as I was scared & unsure of what to do and in what order. I am now half way there and have written lots of notes from this to guide me through the next stages. I am a home hobby baker who is dreaming of giving up the day job, I have a page and plenty of customers from just friends and family who I’ve been making cakes for them for many years now.
