- 125g unsalted butter

- Pack of Caramac buttons
I adore Caramac. It’s one of the chocolate bars that just reminds me of being a kid. Last year I made my Caramac Fancies and they went down a storm! It seems you guys love them just as much as I do!
I spotted these Caramac Buttons when I was shopping and just had to bake with them. These Caramac Cookies are soft, gooey and delicious.
This recipe makes about 20 cookies and they will last about 2-3 days in an airtight tin.
Roll into balls, spread out on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and chill again for a further 15 minutes
These cookies are best warm, when the Caramac is still all melty! Let them firm up slightly though or they will fall apart when you try to take them off the baking tray.
Give it a try and let me know how you get on either on Facebook or Twitter and Instagram.
