Toblerone Traybake

Shopping List

For the Traybake;

  • 200g Toblerone
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g dark brown sugar
  • 250g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For the decoration;

  • 200g Toblerone (chopped)
  • Sliced almonds
  • 50g melted milk chocolate
Preparation Time:- 10 mins Cooking Time:- 25 mins

Recently, Tim and I went to Spain and upon returning home I couldn’t help but notice how there are always so many Toblerone bars in duty free! I bought one to bring home and whilst on the plane came up with this recipe!

Chewier than a brownie, denser than a cake, the Toblerone Traybake is a perfect mix of chocolate, honey and almonds! Enjoy!

Melt together 200g of Toblerone with the butter

When slightly cooled, mix this with the dark brown sugar

Then add in the eggs and honey and mix

Finally, add in the flour and mix well

Pour this into a lined 10 x 8 baking tray and bake at 170C for 25 minutes

Chop up 200g of Toberone and melt 50g milk chocolate

When your bake has cooled, drizzle over melted milk chocolate and scatter sliced almonds and Toblerone pieces
