These rich blondie bites made and drizzled with white chocolate and caramel are delicious! White chocolate and caramel are two of my favourite flavours so needless to say they went down very well in my house! Haha!

This recipe makes 15 cups or, as I’ve done 12 with the rest in a greased loaf tin for munching on.

Once made they will last 3-4 days in an airtight container.

Cake release and piping bags can be bought from Iced Jems.

Grease a muffin tin and line with small greaseproof circles.

Melt together the butter and white chocolate.

Stir the caramel until soft.

Whisk together the eggs and sugars until they have tripled in size.

Pour in the melted butter and chocolate and then the caramel. Mix well.

Fold in the flour, careful not to knock any air out.

Spoon the mix into your lined muffin tin. You can fill it up as the recipe doesn’t rise too much in the oven.

Bake at 180°C (fan assisted) for 15 minutes.

Take out of the oven and push in Cadbury’s Caramel segments into each cup. Pop back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.

Once cooled, remove from the tin using a spoon and drizzle with caramel.

And drizzle with white chocolate.

Give it a try and let me know how you get on either on FacebookTwitter or Instagram.
