In case you don’t know, I was born in Canada, and I personally blame that for my overwhelming love of all things maple syrup! So when Farrah from Moose Maple Butter got in contact to tell me about their amazing product, I nearly bit her hand off by email.

This is the stuff of Gods. Seriously. I couldn’t wait to bake with it.

I had some gorgeous mini baking cups by the equally gorgeous Iced Jems that I was desperate to use, it was a perfect match!

Preheat the oven to 150C. Then cream together your Moose Maple Butter and golden caster sugar. Then add in two eggs.

Once the eggs are mixed in, add in your flour and baking powder.

Then once mixed for a new minutes, add in your dark chocolate chips.

Spoon your mix into a piping bag for ease!

Pipe mixture into your cute mini baking cups. Bake for 20 minutes.

And that’s it! Simple and delicious!

Get some of this maple butter in your life, you won’t regret it.

Give them a go and let me know how you get on either on Facebook or Twitter!
