Peppermint Candy Cane Fudge

Shopping List

  • 600g white chocolate
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons of peppermint extract
  • Red powdered food colouring
  • Christmas themed sprinkles

This quick and easy peppermint candy cane fudge is a sweet treat that’s perfect for this festive season.

The recipe and method is really versatile. By changing the flavouring, colouring and sprinkles, the possibilities are endless!


Line a tin with foil using cake release spray s an adhesive.


Melt together your white chocolate and unsalted butter.


Pour in your condensed milk and flavouring.


Add a dash of colour. Stop mixing quickly to create a swirled colour effect or combine completely for an even colour.


Pour your mixture into your lined tray.


Top with sprinkles! Then pop in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into cubes or use a cookie cutter to cut into shapes and enjoy!
