Shopping List

- 125g caster sugar

- 200g white chocolate (plus extra for drizzling)
- Cadbury’s Caramel
These rich blondie bites made and drizzled with white chocolate and caramel are delicious! White chocolate and caramel are two of my favourite flavours so needless to say they went down very well in my house! Haha!
This recipe makes 15 cups or, as I’ve done 12 with the rest in a greased loaf tin for munching on.
Once made they will last 3-4 days in an airtight container.
Cake release and piping bags can be bought from Iced Jems.
Spoon the mix into your lined muffin tin. You can fill it up as the recipe doesn’t rise too much in the oven.
Take out of the oven and push in Cadbury’s Caramel segments into each cup. Pop back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
Give it a try and let me know how you get on either on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
