Cookie Dough Stuffed Oreos

Shopping List

  • 115g soft unsalted butter
  • 160g brown sugar
  • 130g plain flour
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • ½tsp vanilla
  • 60ml milk
  • Oreos

“Don’t eat raw cookie dough, you’ll get ill.” Who remembers their mum saying this to them when you baked cookies as a kid? Who never listened and ate the dough anyway? *Raises hand*

However, the days of fearing salmonella riddled raw cookie dough are over! I present edible, safe, raw cookie dough. This recipe is super simple with no baking required. Just mix, spoon and eat.

Here, I have provided Oreos as a serving suggestion but you can do whatever you like with your dough. Use it in cheesecake, frostings, ice cream, or just eat from the bowl while watching Netflix. (Again, just a suggestion…)

Edible Raw Cookie Dough

Cream together the brown sugar and softened unsalted butter.

Then add in your flour.

Pour in the milk and vanilla.

Mix for a few minutes then add in the chocolate chips.

Now to assemble your Oreos. Take some Oreos out of the packet and eat one to make sure they are ok.

Twist them to split them and then scrape off the cream filling with a pallet knife. Or leave it in, it’s up to you.

Spread on a spoonful of cookie dough.

Gently press on another Oreo.

And that’s it! That’s all you have to do. This recipe makes quite a bit of cookie dough so if you only want to fill a few Oreos, simply halve it. If you go rogue and add it to all sorts of creations, make sure to send me a picture!
