Following on from my blog post here about my involvement with the Depressed Cake Shop, I bring you DCS Fudge!

With it’s trademark grey exterior and a pop of colour inside, these easy treats are perfect for your pop-up! You can make them straight in the tin, or to make it easier serving them at an event, make them in cupcake cases.

1

For my pop of colour, I’m using jelly beans! You can use whatever brightly coloured sweet you like!

2

Line a muffin tin with either cupcake cases or cake release.

3

Melt white chocolate and unsalted butter in the microwave or over a pan of hot water.

4

Pour in your can of condensed milk and mix well. Then stir in your icing sugar.

5

Melt 100g black candy melts and pour into the fudge mix.

6

It should look like this!

7

Pour into your muffin tin to about half way.

8

Then add in your brightly coloured sweets.

9

Then cover the sweets with more tasty fudge!

Leave to cool in the fridge overnight then enjoy!

Give them a go and let me know how you get on, either on Facebook or Twitter. (Oh! I’m on Instagram too!)
