Ever since I was a little girl I have LOVED Kinder chocolate. Now, as an adult, it excites me that I get to bake and create with it! I still very much adore the humble Kinder Egg, but the Kinder Bueno is a chocolate hero. Creamy, chocolatey, hazlenutty – perfection. Add it to white chocolate and sweetness and I am made up. It smells amazing and certainly won’t last long in this house!

1

Line a baking tin with foil. I’ve used a 10 x 8.

2

Spray the foil liberally with cake release.

3

Chop up your Kinder Bueno bars and pop in the fridge for now.

4

Weigh the white chocolate and unsalted butter into a microwavable bowl. Heat on full power for 30 seconds. Take out and stir. Heat for another 30 seconds. Keep stirring every 30 seconds until they have melted. Careful not to burn the chocolate.

5

Once melted, pour in a can of condensed milk. Stir until smooth and you will feel the fudge mixture start to thicken.

6

It should look a bit like this.

7

Pour in the icing sugar and mix.

8

Then add in the chilled Kinder Bueno pieces.

9

Mix together and as you see the chocolate start to melt, stop mixing. This will create a lovely milk chocolate swirl in your fudge pieces.

10

Pour into your lined tin and chill for a minimum of two hours or ideally overnight.

11

Once chilled, take your fudge block out of the tin and cut into squares.

12

Keep chilled and enjoy within two weeks! (If they last that long!!)
