Milkybar & Macadamia Cookies

Shopping List

  • 225g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 140g unsalted butter
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 100g Macadamia nuts
  • 1 pack Milkybar Giant Buttons
Preparation Time:- 45 mins Cooking Time:- 8-10 mins
Complexity:

White chocolate and macadamia nut are a perfect pairing! Milkybar is my favourite white chocolate. It seemed like a combination of the two was inevitable!

These delicious cookies are both soft and crunchy, sweet and more-ish! A new favourite in my house.

Cream together the butter and caster sugar.

Add in the egg.

Add in the plain flour and baking powder.

Pour in the vanilla.

Finally, add in the macadamia nuts and Milkybar buttons.

Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 30 mins.

Roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake at 180°C for 8-10 mins.

These cookies will last 4-5 days in an airtight container.
