Complexity:

This brownie recipe is a triple threat of milk, white and dark chocolate! It’s moist, rich and one of my favourites.

1

First preheat the oven to 180C.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together and leave to cool slightly.

2

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar and then whisk until it becomes a paler colour and doubled in size.

3

Add in the melted butter and chocolate.

4

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and gently fold it in.

5

Cut the milk and white chocolate into chunks

6

Fold the chopped chocolate into your mixture.

7

Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray. I’ve used a 10×8.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take out, leave to cool. Then cut into squares. Super easy and very yummy!
