This weekend I travelled up to the West Midlands to teach my Professional Finish class in the beautiful Iced Jems kitchen! Jemma and I have known each other for a few years, one of the awesome people I have met all through baking and blogging, so when she told me she would be holding classes in her new shop, I jumped at the chance to teach there. It’s so gorgeous. Everything is perfect and it’s a bakers paradise!

My class sold out and due to popular demand I will be back teaching there on Saturday 17th October! You can book your place here.

Last week I asked the lovely readers of my Facebook page to send me pictures of any bakes they had created using my recipes. I’ll be honest, I was expecting a couple but I was simply blown away at the response!!

You have no idea how happy it has made me to know that out there you are not only liking what I do, but giving my recipes a go in your own home. Thank you so very much! I’ve had pictures from Canada to Australia, and even a few from my own home town. Here is a collection of the wonderful creations you sent me. Can you spot yours?
